Cancel, Return and Exchange Policy

Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellation will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order.

  • Cancellation will not be accepted once the product is dispatched. Any cancellation request after 24 hours from time of placing the order will not be accepted in any circumstances as those would have already been assigned to the manufacturing center.

  • No cancellations are entertained for those products that are obtained on special occasions like pongal, diwali, valentine’s day etc. these are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.

  • Daleyza collections does not accept cancellation requests for the items which are undergoing any kind of stitching or customization or tailoring.

Return and Exchange Policy:

14 days replacement guarantee :

Daleyzacollections.com offers you replacement within 14 days from the date of order on the product(s) ordered on daleyzacollections.com. This means that within 14 days from the date of delivery you can ask for replacement of the product(s) subject to following terms and conditions:
  • You can ask for replacement of product(s) in case of any manufacturing defect viz. If the product is mis-colored, then the same product(s) will be shipped to you as a replacement for the defective product(s).
  • Replacement can be for the entire product(s) or part(s) of the product subject to availability of the same with daleyzacollections.com and notification of the same within 14 days from the date of delivery.
  • Products you want to exchange must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused with its original packaging and tags intact and should not be broken or tampered. In case our quality process team reports that the product has been used, damaged or tampered by the customer, then the return will not be accepted by us in any circumstances.

  • Replacement is offered for the product(s) sold by daleyzacollections.com only.

  • We will try our best to deliver all the products you ordered. But in case of any product running out of stock, you will have an option to select any alternative products from our website for the same cost. In case, if the price of the new product is more than of the product you ordered, you will have to make an additional payment for the difference in amount. Please note that all our Bishnupuri Silk, Tussar, silk sarrees are not included in the alternative product options

Disclaimer on 14 days replacement guarantee:

  • Any decision on 14 days replacement guarantee on the product(s) sold by daleyzacollections.com is at the sole discretion of daleyzacollections.com and decision daleyzacollections.com shall be final and binding.

  • daleyzacollections.com reserves the right to withdraw from 14 days replacement guarantee at any time without giving any intimation of whatsoever nature.

  • You have to bear the shipping costs while returning the products to us. We will not pay the return shipping cost.

  • We shall not refund the customs duties or taxes, if applicable, or paid by you at the time of receiving the goods. We are not responsible for the delays due to customs.

  • The terms of warranty and replacement are governed by manufacturer and daleyzacollections.com cannot act outside the preview of decision provided by manufacturer.

  • No exchange is possible on customized or tailored or stitched items.

  • Due to import and export regulations and restrictions, daleyzacollections.com is unable to extend its returns policy for any items sourced outside of india.

  • In case any customer refuses the delivery then they have to bear both side shipping costs. We will send you the total amount for both side shipping and our bank details for the payment.

Points to be noted in regard to 14 days replacement guarantee:

  • You can contact our customer care(info@daleyzacollections.com) before initiating the return. Daleyzacollections.com may arrange courier pick-up for the customer depending on the location or daleyzacollections.com will instruct the customer on the process of returning the product.

  • Before accepting shipment, kindly ensure that the daleyzacollections.com or its partner’s packaging is not damaged or tampered. If the customer observes the package is damaged or tampered, he or she should refuse to accept delivery and email daleyzacollections.com customer care. Please include your order id in the email.

  • In cases, where the order delivered is in damaged condition or the contents are missing, customer must inform daleyzacollections.com within 24 hrs of delivery of the order and if the customer is unable to do so, then there shall be no liability of daleyzacollections.com to replace the order.

  • Opened packages will be accepted for returns only in cases where an incorrect product(s) has been shipped to customer.

  • Daleyzacollections.com will refund the cost of the returned item. Please note that Daleyzacollections.com will provide a refund facility only for product(s) ordered from the Daleyzacollections.com website.

  • The customer needs to return any product(s) bought from daleyzacollections.com within a period of 14 days from the receipt of the shipment.

  • Daleyzacollections.com does not accept any returns after 14 days of receiving the shipment.

Other points to be noted with regard to refund policy:

  • The amount would be refunded within 7-21 working days (excluding saturday and sunday) from the date of cancellation. PLEASE Check your bank statement thoroughly to make sure that you have received your refund amount.

  • If you cancel your order (within 24 hours) before your product has shipped, we will refund the entire amount.

  •  If you cancel your order (within 24 hours) after your product has shipped, please contact our customer care (info@daleyzacollections.com).

     

  • No refunds in case of stitched or customized or tailored items.

  • Products you want to exchange must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused with its original packaging and tags intact and should not be broken or tampered. In case our quality process team reports that the product has been used, damaged or tampered by the customer, then the return will not be accepted by us in any circumstances.

Regardless of the above or any other supply, we're under no obligation to take any returns or offer any replacements or exchange or store credit. We've got sole discretion in deciding whether to take back the products or not based on the merit of the situation. We have the sole authority to decide on a case by case basis.

Disclaimer:

  • The apparel description on the website contains details and product specifications which are approximate values, closest to reality. While we strive to be accurate in showcasing colors there still may be minor variations because of the light and settings during photography and also the color settings and properties of various monitors or mobile screens. Hence the customer should keep in mind the variation when placing the order online.

  • We believe that every customer placing an order is absolutely aware of these minor variations that may occur in with respect to the actual color of the outfit received.

  • All our Bishnupuri Silk, Tussar, Zari Border Tussar products are handwoven and hand printed/painted/dyed and made with utmost care and love. Though, on some unavoidable cases there may be some glitches. Minor glitches like minute droplets of color and little patches of color on sarees or hand-weaving marks & bit hand-weaving irregularities will not be considered as manufacturing defects and those do not fall under damaged category and will not qualify for returns.
